Terms
For the mantacharts Plus and Pro plans
1. Scope and provider
These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts for the use of mantacharts (the “terminal,” the analyses, and the other content at mantacharts.com, app.mantacharts.com, and docs.mantacharts.com) between you and the provider:

2. Services
mantacharts is a browser-based trading terminal with charts, market data, indicators, alerts, the CoinScript programming language, analyses, and other features. There is a free plan (Free) and the paid plans Plus and Pro. The features and limits a plan includes are set out in the plan overview in the terminal and on our website at the time of your order.
Market data comes from exchanges and other third parties. We prepare it carefully but cannot vouch for its accuracy, completeness, or constant availability.
3. No investment advice
All mantacharts content, including analyses, price targets, signals, and alerts, serves solely for information and education. It is not investment advice, not a solicitation to buy or sell, and not a guarantee of future developments. Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, and other financial instruments involves considerable risks, up to total loss. You make your investment decisions yourself and at your own risk.
4. Account
To use the terminal, you need an account, which you create with your Discord account. Keep your access credentials secret. Your account is personal and may not be shared with others.
5. Conclusion of the contract
In the terminal, you choose a plan and the term (monthly or yearly), then the payment method. Before you order, you see the price, the amount due today, and when your subscription renews. With the “Order with obligation to pay” slider, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we activate your plan; you see this immediately in the terminal, and you receive the confirmation and the receipt by email.
Until you place your order, you can change your details or cancel the process at any time. The contract language is German. You can access and save these Terms on this page at any time.
6. Prices and payment
The prices at the time of your order apply. Currently:
- Plus: €49 per month, or €470.40 yearly (€39.20 per month)
- Pro: €99 per month, or €950.40 yearly (€79.20 per month)
All prices are final prices. Pursuant to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged (small business regulation).
You pay in advance for each selected term. Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe; you can pay with the payment methods shown when you order (for example card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or SEPA direct debit). By placing your order, you authorize us to collect the recurring amounts using the selected payment method.
If you switch to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly during the term, we credit the unused part of your previous plan pro rata; you pay the difference immediately. A switch to a lower plan or to monthly payment takes effect from the next term.
Discount codes apply only as stated in the promotion (amount, plan, period, and for how many payments) and only if you enter them when ordering. Each discount of a promotion can be redeemed once per account, and a single-use code for one order only; discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or paid out. When the discount ends, the regular price shown at the time of your order applies to the following payments.
If a payment fails, we try it again over the following days. If it still does not arrive, the paid plan ends at the end of the paid period; your account remains on the free plan.
7. Term, renewal, and cancellation
A monthly subscription runs for one month and renews for another month each time unless you cancel by the end of the current term.
A yearly subscription initially runs for one year. If you do not cancel by the end of this year, it renews for an indefinite period and can then be canceled at any time with one month’s notice. During this period we continue to charge yearly in advance and, if you cancel, refund you the portion attributable to the time after the end of the contract.
You can cancel at any time using the “Cancel contracts here” button, in the terminal under Settings → Subscriptions, or by email to info@coindome.de. Eine Anmeldung ist dafür nicht nötig. Du bekommst sofort eine Bestätigung. Kündigst du ohne Anmeldung, schicken wir dir dazu an die E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos einen Link, mit dem du bestätigst, dass die Kündigung von dir stammt; es zählt der Zeitpunkt deiner Erklärung. Bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums nutzt du alle Funktionen deines Plans weiter.
The right of both parties to extraordinary cancellation for good cause remains unaffected.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in the Instructions on withdrawal. If you request when ordering that we begin immediately and you then withdraw, you pay the share for the period up to your withdrawal.
9. Rules of use
When using mantacharts, you may not:
- publish or resell analyses and other paid content or make them available to others,
- read content or data by automated means or burden the services beyond the usual extent,
- circumvent security measures or disrupt the services,
- share unlawful, offensive, or misleading content in the community.
If you violate these rules, we may remove content and, after a prior warning, or immediately in the case of serious violations, suspend your account or cancel the contract.
10. Content you share
What you publish in the community (for example layouts, scripts, or ideas) remains yours. You grant us the non-exclusive right to display this content within mantacharts for as long as you keep it published.
11. Availability and changes
We strive for trouble-free operation. Brief interruptions for maintenance and further development, or caused by disruptions at third parties (such as exchanges or hosting), cannot be entirely avoided.
We continuously develop mantacharts. We may change features if there is a valid reason (for example new technical requirements, security, or changed data sources), you incur no additional costs, and you are clearly informed. If a change impairs your use more than insignificantly, you may cancel the contract free of charge within 30 days of our notice.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for losses from investment or trading decisions unless they are based on intent or gross negligence.
13. Privacy
How we process your data is described in the Privacy policy.
14. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
